Each applicant for the Utah CFP must provide a blue “ten print” fingerprint card (see below). Students will be fingerprinted during class. If you have a unhealed cut then we are unable to take your fingerprints until the cut has healed. Those who occupations mean they will always have cuts (like a sheet metal worker, for example) may be fingerprinted, but we’ll have to do notations on the card.
